How to Send .exe files with Gmail
September 22nd, 2005
Ozh reports:
Sending an exe file with Gmail : zip the .exe, rar the resulting .zip, now zip the .rar and rename it to .doc a^?? Sometimes things are so simple with GMail a^??
* Update *
I’ve spent much more time now sending various files via GMail, and the workaround is SUPER-easy.
To send ANY type of file via GMail, simply rename it to have an mp3 extension and that’s it!

REALLY? You’ve sent me an invite?
Dude – Thanks!
I’ve never recieved it though..!
Is there a way for you to re-send it to me?
The correct email adress is avi[at]avidardik.com
In any case – Thanks!

This is the email I’ve used. And sorry, no, I cannot resend … Maybe you could point Photomatt to this page here so he would be kind enough to either resend it to you, or give me another one
